Jennifer Lopez is switching up her style.
On Sunday, Oct. 20, the 55-year-old star was spotted out and about in Los Angeles in an covered-up ensemble that was giving boardroom boss vibes.
In place of her usual figure-hugging fashion, Lopez opted for a black sweater with a high neck and pussy bow paired with black ankle-length trousers. She also added black ballet flats that laced up her ankles and featured small pearl details that matched the buttons on her sweater.
The Atlas actress rounded out her accessories with black sunglasses and a small black purse. Her hair was styled into a messy updo and she kept her jewelry minimal.
As she made her way down the street, Lopez stopped to greet fans and take photos.

In a recent conversation with comedian Nikki Glaser for Interview magazine, the star opened up about life following her split from Ben Affleck.
“I had to be like, ‘I need to go off and be on my own. I want to prove to myself that I can do that,'” the Unstoppable actress said about spending time abroad and in the Hamptons in the months before filing for divorce from Affleck, 52.

She continued, “It feels lonely, unfamiliar, scary. It feels sad. It feels desperate. But when you sit in those feelings and go, ‘These things are not going to kill me,’ it’s like actually, I am capable of joy and happiness all by myself.”
Lopez added that she’s learned she “can’t be looking for happiness in other people.”
“I have to have happiness within myself,” she said. “I used to say I’m a happy person, but was still looking for something for somebody else to fill, and it’s just like, ‘No, I’m actually good.’ “
Lopez also shared that she is embracing single life.
“For people who are romantics and love being in relationships and want to grow old with somebody, we think, ‘I have to have that to be whole and happy.’ And you don’t,” she said.
“It only took 30 years,” she added with a laugh.
Lopez and Affleck tied the knot in July 2022 after rekindling their romance in 2021. On Aug. 20, Lopez filed for divorce, listing April 26, 2024 as the former couple’s date of separation.
