Belle, a Doberman and Australian Shepherd dog mix, was born with a birth defect that leaves the skin on her head very tight, her eyebrows raised, and her eyes constantly bulging.
All of this has made Belle a perpetually surprised dog and social media star who has gained millions of fans.
According to the owner, Lieschen O’Connor, Belle’s condition does not cause her much discomfort. But in order for the dog’s eyes not to dry out, the woman has to regularly moisten them with special drops.
Otherwise, the dog is completely healthy and looks like other dogs: she loves to fool around, walk, make chaos in the house, follow the owner, and so on.
“Belle is a very sweet and a bit silly dog. If dogs could laugh, she would definitely do it the most.” Lieschen said.
Lieschen O’Connor took Belle from a shelter in Lawrence (Kansas, USA) as a puppy, but only recently decided to make a TikTok account for her, where she began to regularly share funny videos with her unusual pet, Good News Network writes.
The most popular videos collect from 2 to 20 million views and thousands of comments. Most people treat the perpetually shocked Belle with humor and affection.
