It is now clear that she has incorporated her fascination with these winged creatures into her new collection.
Lipa’s upcoming collaboration with Puma, named Flutur, which means ʙuттerfly in Albanian, will be released on December 18th. The collection will feature stunning iridescent ʙuттerfly designs, as revealed by Lipa in an Instagram gallery. Additionally, Lipa teased fans with a sneak peek of a green thong, although it is unclear whether it is part of the full collection. The first capsule will include shrunken baby T-shirts, a sneaker, and a hoodie, with more additions to come in 2022.
Dua Lipa expressed that the Puma x Dua Lipa Flutur collection holds a special significance for her beyond just its aesthetic appeal. She shared that ʙuттerflies embody transformation, hope, and metamorphosis, making them more than just beautiful creatures to her. The renowned German pH๏τographer Daniel Sannwald directed the clip, which showcases a mesmerizing “psychedelic fairy tale” that portrays Lipa’s transformation from a cocoon to a vibrant ʙuттerfly, emerging from darkness into Technicolor. While it’s challenging to describe this trippy, computer-generated wonderland, Lipa’s fans are bound to relish every single second of it.
