Roman Fedortsov, 39, living in Murmansk, northern Russia, was shocked when he discovered a strange creature from the bottom of the ocean.

Romen studied marine science at Murmansk University, is an expert in fish processing and preparation. He said: “All fish are beautiful in their own way.
